Just got back from Portland a couple weeks ago and hit most of the places you listed. Two others that I found to be excellent, Goodfire and Definitive. Goodfire is in the back of the building at the Lone Pine location. In addition to great beer is the sweetest resident brewery pup ever! Definitive is right across the street from Allagash and right next to the original Austin Street location. A lot of great hazies and stouts.

It's almost impossible to create a guide to breweries in Portland without wanting to name them all! I enjoyed Goodfire quite a bit when I was last there in 2021 -- another example of two breweries just steps apart (as is the Industrial Way cluster across from Allagash)!

For sure! Oh and I did do the Cellars tour at Allagash. It was educational, entertaining, and had a great selection of tastings. Also very generous as after the tasting you could have them open any bottle for a nominal fee. Lots of sours and barrel aged offering you would probably not find outside of Maine. Highly recommend the tour.

Awesome! People have told me The Cellar tour is modeled off the VIP tour they used to give to industry and media. I took that a few years ago and it was a top-ten brewery experience for me!
